ICICI Bank Makes use of Robotic Arms to Minimize the Time Required to Sort Notes.

All the business and industrial sectors are leveraging on the growing technology. Rapid progress in technology has taken over all the sectors of industries. The banking sector is nonetheless taking advantage of the developing Artificial Intelligence. ICICI Bank has become the country’s first commercial bank to avail oneself of personalized Robots. The bank uses Robots to perform automatically a high repetitive volume of handling cash processing on high-end note sorting machines.

Robots to be precise are programmable machines that can assist humans or make mimic human actions. In its originality Robots were built to handle tedious tasks like building cars, but now it performs beyond that. With the expansion in the study of Robotics, Robots are now entitled to tasks like fighting fires, emphatically complicated surgeries, cleaning the home, etc. Each Robot has a dissimilar level of autonomy, where one is human-controlled bots administered by a human with a remote while the other one is fully automatic that performs without any external influence.

How is Robotics used in ICICI Bank?

The ICICI bank uses customized Robotic Arms across 12 cities to boot up operations at its currency chest. The Robotic Arms use an amalgamation of sensors to have a check over 70 parameters within seconds that empowers them to operate continuously and smoothly without any interruption. The Robotic arm serves to manage the incoming notes to the note sorting units. The units then check on the accuracy and correctness of each note and then the Robotic arms receive a signal from the high precision sensors to take up the notes. Afterward, the Robotics arms range the notes and separate them orderly into issuable and non-issuable before putting them on the cash carousel.

In India, the ICICI Bank has introduced Smart Vault, where one can safeguard the valuables while enjoying the benefits of accessing them any time, any day. The Smart Vault is designed with state-of-the-art Robotic technology and high-end security. Revolutionary Robotic technology empowers the Smart Vault that helps in the minimization of human intervention while operating the locker. The advanced Radio Frequency Identification allows to scan the request and recoups the locker using a Robotic Arm. Also, the Smart Vault is provided with the most developed and advanced intelligent security system. With Debit and Biometric authentication, the Smart Vault is secured.

The bank introduced the country’s first blockchain transactions in the global banking platform and this is the result of technology-led innovative services executed by the bank. Along with the Robotic arms and Smart Vaults, the list also embraces power banking operations. It is basically contactless debit and credit cards.

The bank has come up with a mobile application that is Money Coach. It is first-of-its-kind software that includes investment advisory led by the Robotics algorithm. Just with a click customers can now go for the paper verification and registration process for creating a portfolio in the mutual fund. This application consists of far-reaching functions that help in building pervaded entity. Further, it also helps in guiding with the products for investments and also aiding with evaluation throughout the round clock tracking.

Transfers of funds provision have been made more persuasive with the use of voice-assistive commands that can now assist the transfer of funds to the registered recipient. Also, for this, the bank has made utilization of the virtual voice assistant of Apple that is Siri. Presently the facility is completely available for Android users with the help of iOS version 10.

The bank also came up with the execution of Software Robots that are being configured to apprehend and explicate information from systems, identify patterns and run a business process to accomplish activities across multiple applications that include conciliation and exchange of currency rate processing. In the areas of human resource management, trade and forex, agri-business, treasury, and also in retail banking operations the bank has made use of Software Robots.

In the field of artificial intelligence, ICICI Bank has made its focus on the latest advancements which include natural language processing, machine learning, cognitive tools, chatbots, optical character identification, data analytics.

In the earlier stage of banking, customers would transmit money from international locations to India which caused lots of consternation. Everything was manually handled which would take an average of 12 to 13hours to get back to the customer’s queries about the status of the money transaction. In the present time with the advancement of technology, the Artificial Intelligence-driven engine reads the mail, obtains information, and replies back to the customers with very little time. Also, Cloud Robots, along with cloud computing, can make high-speed operations as it will give the Robot access to a large amount of virtual data storage.

Source: analyticsinsight.net

The chaotic itinerancy is a closed-loop pathway through high-dimensional state space of neural activity, directing cortex in sequence with quasi-attractors.

Over the years researchers have created robotic models with attributes, similar to humans. Robotic models which can hear, sense, emotionally support, blink and fight against abuse, are getting heavily researched and deployed in the industry. To expand the further horizon of neuro-robotics, the researchers at the University of Tokyo have created a model that gives robotic AI spontaneous behavior through the chaotic itinerary, a neural process to find in humans and animals. The research paper titled “Designing Spontaneous Behavioural Switching via Chaotic itinerancy” states that the chaotic itinerancy is a high-dimensional non-linear dynamical system, which addresses the pre-existing challenges of cognitive architecture in robotics.

What is Chaotic Itinerancy?

The chaotic itinerancy is a closed-loop pathway through high-dimensional state space of neural activity, directing cortex in sequence with quasi-attractors. The quasi attractor is a region of the brain which has convergent flows as attractants and absorbents actions, and divergent flows, involve repellent and dispersive actions. These flows give ordered periodic activity and disordered chaotic activity between the regions of the brain.

Furthermore, experts have associated quasi-attractors with perception, thoughts, memories, thinking, speaking and writing. Researchers cite that robotics has applied a dynamical systems approach to analyze and control agents associated with training of robots. This approach collaborates the functional hierarchy and the elementary motion by expressing the physical constraints of the agent as the temporal lobe of the brain develops. Following this approach, CI is integrated into model spontaneous behaviors. Moreover, the researchers have proposed an algorithm that designs the properties of CI characterized by neuro-robotics context. This model addresses the challenges of designing a cognitive agent in the conventional context of robotics and artificial intelligence.

Structure of the Model

Researchers prepared a high-dimensional chaotic model, by embedding target quasi-attractors. They used an echo state network which is a form of Recurrent Neural Network and is heavily controlled by reservoir computing. Consequently, internal parameters were added to the model to generate intrinsic complex trajectories. These trajectories are generated by the initial chaotic system also known as innate trajectories which correspond to the types of the discrete input. Parallel to this, researchers trained a linear regression model which is named as readout that result in the designated trajectories known as output dynamics. These output dynamics is a resultant of exploiting the embedded innate trajectory.

Researchers say that this process can be applied to the other chaotic dynamical systems which are not limited to RNN in silicon since neither module nor hierarchical structures are required. Also, this embedding process is accomplished by modifying fewer parameters using the method of reservoir computing. The reservoir computing is an approach for making machine learning algorithms run faster, to expedite the computing process. Researches find this scheme to be more stable and less computationally expensive than conventional methods of back propagation to train the network parameters. Additionally, they added feedback classifier to the trained chaotic systems to autonomously generate specific symbolic systems.

Researchers suggest that two mechanisms are required for the successful designing of a CI model. The first is the differences among the trajectories are sufficiently enlarged through the temporal development to realize the stochastic symbol transition. A stochastic matrix is a square matrix that describes the transition of a Markov chain. A Markov chain is used to describe the sequence of possible events, where the probability of each event depends upon the state attained in the previous event. The second mechanism involves creating a spatiotemporal pattern to analyse the computing processes of the model. The Spatio-temporal pattern collects data across space and time and is utilized for by humans for solving multi-step problems by analysing the movement of objects in space and time.

Conclusion

Researchers say that this model will be helpful to understand the underlying mechanism of the brain’s information processing from a certain perspective. Furthermore, as the high-dimensional chaos has the rich expressive capability to design CI, henceforth, this model will aid in understanding the mechanism of the contribution of the high-dimensional chaos to the information processing in animal brains.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has awarded $1.5 million over three years to the University of Illinois at Chicago and Worcester Polytechnic Institute to fund projects aimed at reducing workers’ exposures to hazards through the development and use of collaborative robots, or co-robots.

CDC’s National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) partnered with the National Science Foundation (NSF) to fund studies of co-robots in the workplace through NSF’s National Robotics Initiative 2.0. The Initiative supports research in the U.S. that will accelerate the development and use of co-robots, an emerging robotic technology that complements, not replaces, human workers. Co-robots work alongside people or other robots and can help improve worker safety.

“The future of work includes a workplace where robots work in tandem with, or are even worn by, human workers,” said NIOSH Director John Howard, M.D. “This important research will help guide the development and use of co-robots that can help minimize health and safety risks to workers.”

In healthcare, remote-controlled nursing robots have the potential to reduce workload and the risk of infection, especially in quarantine and intensive care environments. Researchers at Worcester Polytechnic Institute will develop a more intuitive interface to make it easier for nurses to operate robots from a distance. Researchers also will investigate best practices for integrating robots into current nursing education.

In manufacturing, lifting heavy objects can lead to costly and disabling work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Wearable robots, which provide mechanical assistance to the user’s joints, have the potential to reduce injuries from heavy lifting. Researchers at the University of Illinois at Chicago will develop and investigate the effectiveness of a personalized wearable robot worn on the lower body that senses the wearer’s physical effort and responds accordingly using soft-wearable electronics.

Through its Center for Occupational Robotics Research, NIOSH is proactively working across industrial sectors to guide the development and use of occupational robots that enhance workers’ safety, health, and well-being. The Center’s research looks at traditional industrial robots that work in robotic cells and cages away from human workers as well as at emerging robotic technologies such as co-robots; wearable robotics or powered exoskeletons; remotely controlled or autonomous vehicles and drones; and future robots that increasingly use advanced artificial intelligence.

NIOSH is the federal institute that conducts research and makes recommendations for preventing work-related injuries, illnesses and deaths.

Source: Source: cnbctv18.com

We are living in a defining moment in history when businesses need a reformed approach—with emerging technology maturing and consumers expecting a faster pace of delivery—teams are overworked, and agility has become a mandatory requirement. As a result, the role of finance and accounting is evolving to support these tremendous changes.

In 2019, the IBM Institute for Business Value published the report “The enterprise guide to closing the skills gap” in which it indicated a staggering “120 million workers in the world’s 12 largest economies might need to be retrained/reskilled in the next three years as a result of intelligent/AI-enabled automation.”

As CFOs implement plans to prepare their teams for the future, finance and accounting professionals are under pressure to enhance their value offering and reduce costs while acquiring new skills.

Emerging digital technologies provide the finance and accounting function with a path to fulfill these objectives while meeting business demand for advanced analytics, efficient operations, and strategic decision support.

Robotic process automation

Robotic process automation (RPA) presents a clear and sustainable avenue to transforming the finance function.

Although several digital tools can be leveraged to automate finance and accounting processes, RPA is currently recognised as one of the few emerging technologies capable of automating a significant amount of finance and accounting end-to-end processes.

The importance

In a recent RPA webinar hosted by IMA, attended by nearly 1,500 finance and accounting professionals from all around the world, 34 percent of participants acknowledged RPA would be the emerging technology with the most significant impact on the profession in the next three years.

In India, RPA is bound to create new sets of job opportunities for people.

According to a recent report, the RPA market in India will grow at a CAGR of above 20 percent during the forecast period of 2019-2025.

The report says the RPA market in the country is driven by the increasing demand for automated accounting and process management.

Further, to ensure automated transaction processing improves over time, RPA vendors are also focusing on developing best-in-class intelligent process automation bots that learn as they work.

Businesses that have incorporated finance and accounting professionals into their RPA program have reaped the benefits of more robust automation solutions, less costly implementations, and improved employee satisfaction.

Unlike what some might think, RPA at scale—or fully-leveraged—could be a perfect solution for a small or mid-sized business with overworked finance and accounting teams needing relief and leaders seeking to elevate their limited resources’ offering.

By implementing RPA, start-ups can reassign their teams to more pressing matters once their schedules have been cleared of repetitive work. It could equally serve as a monumentally transformational initiative in larger enterprises where opportunities in other parts of the organisation may be brought to light.

Specific to finance and accounting departments, team members who learn of this technology, proactively train staff on RPA, and/or lead RPA programs, tend to gain more benefits, both professionally and organizationally, than those on the receiving end of automation solutions.

Organizations with finance and accounting functions that are equipped with business professionals who are cross-functionally trained find themselves far ahead of their peers with more time to focus on higher value-added tasks.

The historical nature of the finance and accounting function’s role dictates that many of its processes are repetitive and rule-based—two of the most critical criteria in identifying good RPA candidates. Therefore, it is not surprising that most RPA implementations begin in the finance and accounting department.

The Impact

As RPA is an emerging technology with one of the lowest barriers to entry, the impact of RPA on the finance and accounting function is two-fold:
Finance and accounting processes will be automated with RPA
Finance and accounting professionals can upskill with RPA
Misconceptions about RPA technology cross several extremes—from “It will automate all of our jobs” and “Only IT can implement it” to “RPA couldn’t possibly do what I do” and “RPA has no applicability to finance and accounting processes.”

Each of these misconceptions can be dispelled through knowledge of what RPA is and the actual capability of the technology.

Most RPA software are made up of three primary components: the bots, a bot manager, and a workflow design module.

The bots perform processes, the bot manager enables scheduling and allocation of developed processes, and the workflow design module is where processes are developed.

Although it is tempting to say—and is widely said—during an RPA implementation, people do not create bots. The truth is, they develop the processes that bots will perform.

In organizations that have made progress along the RPA journey, they operate in an environment where finance and accounting professionals work alongside human and digital co-workers. They receive data from bots and supply inputs to them for processing. This is a different world—the technology to make this a reality already exists and is currently in place in many enterprises.

Winding-up

As RPA vendors strengthen their native offerings and progress with integrating technology partnerships, the complexity of the processes digital teammates can perform with intelligent RPA will undoubtedly increase. And even though widespread democratisation of RPAis the concept of a bot for every employee, may still be far off, digital teammates are already on the payroll and leaders are gladly assigning them finance and accounting tasks.

Source:

In recent years, the Internet of Things has been hailed as a game changer for businesses. The Internet of Robotic Things (IoRT) is helping businesses to evolve even further. In just a few decades, industrial robots have become commonplace in factory settings across the world, and they only continue to gain popularity for their productivity and profitability.

Robotics have created a revolution in manufacturing. The cooperation between robots and IoT technology have enhanced supply chain operations, reducing the challenges of rising e-commerce demands and warehouse worker shortages, and streamlining industry processes in a more efficient and cost-effective way.

Robotics have long been successful in several structured industrial applications, due to their high level of accuracy, precision, endurance and speed. And while robotics have largely become more affordable in recent years, during the early stages of implementation in the supply chain, there was a high cost factor, which meant robotics needed to be evaluated and integrated correctly to avoid jeopardizing their value.

In order to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI), at the fastest rate, businesses must have a strategy to integrate any new robotics technology with all other IoT endpoints to ensure the entire supply chain is secure and operating seamlessly, to avoid system interruptions or loss of revenue, and gain valuable data insights.

The proliferating trend of automation sweeping across the globe has meant that from 2020 to 2022, almost two million new units of industrial robots are expected to be installed in factories around the world. In fact, Europe has the highest robot density globally, with an average value of 114 units per 10,000 employees in the manufacturing industry alone.

A supply chain revolution

Today, most tasks that are crucial to the supply chain, including the movement of products from within a warehouse or distribution center, rely heavily on robotic technology to achieve the maximum level of efficiency and accuracy needed to meet demands. An example of this would be Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), which are quickly becoming a staple in supply chain warehouses. Portable, automated and sensor driven machines, AGVs work to navigate the warehouse floor at a faster rate than any human worker, and they can work around the clock, seven days a week. By speeding up operations and removing the chance of human error, the integration of robotic technologies like AGVs is fast becoming the key to increased supply chain productivity

IoRT is a concept in which intelligent technology can monitor and manipulate the events happening around them by fusing their sensor data and making use of local conditions to decide on a particular course of action of how to behave or control objects in the physical world.

Manufacturing and transportation and logistics companies have been pioneers of today’s IoRT revolution, leading the way to connect and automate industry operations. Given the complex nature of the supply chain, the use of robotics helps to streamline operations by developing process-driven automated functions, simplifying processes and working at a tireless pace to meet ever-increasing demands. What’s more, they are not restricted by the weight capacity of humans, nor do they have a limit to their energy levels. With today’s trend of fast delivery services and an influx of increasing e-commerce traffic, robotics is a smart way for businesses to keep up with current consumer demands and expectations.

Using robotics to create a greater ROI

Supply chain businesses have been implementing and actively exploring IoRT transformation initiatives for some time, and research shows this uptake will only continue to grow in the future.

In the supply chain, the deployment of robotics focuses mainly on increasing productivity and lowering operational costs. However, to gain the highest value, supply chains must optimize their robotic systems as part of an all-encompassing supply chain strategy, not just in silos.

IoRT operations become most powerful when they are seamlessly connected to a centralized supply chain management system that connects the responsibilities of employees; aligning both managers and the IT departments to manage and optimize the use of all supply chain technologies and systems, including robotics. Never has this technology been more business critical. Having visibility across an entire supply chain, before a crisis or shut down hits, will provide greater confidence and knowledge on what to do next.

When properly integrated, all supply chain business teams have access to real-time visibility of all connected endpoints and a wealth of data insights from the entire supply chain, including the performance and accuracy of the IoRT. This helps to enhance the use of robotics alongside other technologies and to rapidly uncover any robotics technical issues or inefficiencies. It allows technical support staff to act at the earliest possible opportunity, and in turn minimize the impact of costly slowed productivity or complete outages. Real-time insights provided by an integrated mobility and IoT management platform can help reduce the overhead costs of tasks, such as maintenance and program updates, by identifying system problems before they happen.

Return on investment from the technology implemented within supply chains is key, particularly during the turbulence of today’s current financial climate. Using predictive maintenance for IoRT ensures the technology is working at its maximum capacity and best, as well as making it possible to make an evaluation on whether they are effective for the business.

There is no doubt that the use of robotic automation in the supply chain can boost both productivity and revenue, and the importance of that is being felt across all industries and supply chains. But just implementing the software will not benefit the business in the long term. To guarantee the highest value from robotics investments, and to ensure they don’t get lost, businesses must effectively converge business-critical IoRT and other IoT endpoints into a holistic and secure supply chain management ecosystem.

Source: entrepreneur.com

Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing all aspects of our lives and that too at a rapid pace. This includes our professional lives, too. Experts expect that in the days ahead, AI would become a greater part of our careers as all companies are moving ahead with adopting such technology. They are using more machines that use AI technology that would affect our daily professional activities. Soon enough, we would see machine learning and deep learning in HR too. It would affect all aspects of HR (human resources) such as the way HR professionals on-board and hire people, and the way they train them.

Impact on onboarding and recruitment

These days, companies are using robotics in HR to make sure they have found the right people for particular job profiles. This means that even before you have stepped into your new office, your company already knows that you are the best person for the job thanks to such technology. They are using AI to pre-screen candidates before they invite the best candidates for interviews. This especially applies to large companies that offer thousands of new jobs each year and where millions of applicants go looking for jobs.

Impact on training on the job

Companies are also using machine learning and deep learning in HR to help provide on-the-job training to employees. Just because you have landed a job and settled in it, it does not mean that you know it all. You need to get job-related training so you can keep getting better. This is where experts expect that AI would play a major role in the coming years. It will also help one generation of professionals in an organization transfer its skills to its successors. This will make sure that no company would ever suffer from skill gaps.

Workforce augmentation

Robotics in HRwill play a major role in improving the people working in organizations where the management implements such technology. A major reason why people are so apprehensive about using AI in an organization is that they feel it would replace them and do all that they can do now. This will consequently lead to job losses. However, in the present scenario, AI is all about augmenting such a workforce. This means that it would help you perform your job with greater efficiency. Contrary to popular opinion, it would not replace you.

Workplace surveillance

Companies can also use machine learning and deep learning in HR to improve their workforce surveillance work. This is uncomfortable for several employees as they feel that such technology would encroach on their workplace privacy. Gartner recently did a survey where it found that more than half of the companies that had a yearly turnover over $750 million use digital tools to get data on the activities of their employees and monitor their overall performance. As part of this, they analyze their emails to find out how engaged and content they are with their work.

Usage of workplace robots

Apart from robotics in HR,companies these days are also using physical robots that can move around on their own. This is especially true for the warehousing and manufacturing companies. Experts expect that soon this would become a common feature in a lot of other workplaces too. Companies specializing in mobility are creating delivery robots that can move around the workplace and deliver items straight to your desk. Tech companies are also developing security robots. Experts believe they would become commonplace because they can assure the safety of commercial properties from trespassers. Companies are also developing software to help you park your cars in your office.

Source: beebom.com

With an aim to ease the daily life of the elderly population, Toyota’s robotics division at the Toyota Research Institute (TRI) has developed a unique robot to handle house chores. We have already seen the company develop a helper robot last year. Now, the new Toyota “Ceiling-Assistant” will hang from the, of course, ceiling and will be able to clean dishes and do other simple house chores.

One of the reasons the Japan-based automobile-maker was inspired to build the said ceiling robot is the Japanese notion of Ikigai, which means every person’s life should have meaning and purpose. So, as the global population above the age of 65 is said to double in the next three decades, according to the UN, Toyota aims to aid this graying population with its robotic technologies.

Now, coming to the ceiling-robot, Toyota says that it uses artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance human abilities. A “human-centered approach turns typical AI philosophy on its head: instead of replacing human beings,” adds the company.

One of the major benefits of the ceiling-assistant robot, compared to ground robots, is the management of space in a house. As it uses the floor above, that is the ceiling of a house, the ground remains clear for the children and the pets to freely roam around. Also, when not needed, users can easily tuck it away into the ceiling to better manage home space.

The company, as we know, visualizes a future with smart homes integrated with many different kinds of robots. So, the company thinks that these new ceiling robots will already be there inside the smart homes of future cities. Toyota showcased the robot in an online presentation recently. You can check out the video right here:

Now, although there are a lot of benefits to this new robot, there also are some major drawbacks. For instance, the company uses virtual reality to train the robot. This means a human operator performs the featured actions physically using a VR kit and those movements get stored in the robot’s memory. Hence, these ceiling-bots aren’t very smart.

Moreover, the fact that every home has a distinct design-language, mastering each of the environment of the homes will be a major challenge for the robot.

Source: analyticsinsight.net

Thriving and sustaining in today’s digital age requires a startup to focus on business values of both customers’ and employees’ along with their expectations. Large, successful companies already realize their core competencies and services, establishing themselves as the go-to-market place for a particular outcome. But the startup ecosystem across the world is in its infancy, requiring to be more agile and nimble in the modern competitive business landscape. With that being said, disruptive technologies can be a key enabler for companies seeking to drive innovation and efficiency.

Not every technology may revolutionize the business functions but some truly do have the potential to disrupt the status quo and pave the way for new revenue streams. Though more and more organizations look to deliver innovative products and services to their customers and thrive in the complex and changing environment, they must explore disruptive technologies that are continuously advancing at a rapid pace and set to transform life, business, as well as the global economy.

Reconceptualizing Your Business with Disruptive Technologies

It is no wonder that technology is rapidly becoming an inextricable part of human life and business alike. Indeed, reports show that technology will have a significant prominence over the next coming years, and this is where startups must embrace it to become innovative and productive. Let’s go through some disruptive technologies that are already impacting the business world and how startups can leverage it for their betterment.

Artificial Intelligence

AI has the potential to process troves of data and come up with actionable insights in order to assist in the decision-making process within an organization. It can enhance decision-makers’ forecasting ability to improve business operations. AI can also be used to transform marketing from the roots. Leveraging AI-driven tools to improve different aspects of marketing, manage digital campaigns and automate other business processes can be advantageous for startups. Business leaders can also use AI as a reliable alternative to traditional data security solutions, and identify distrustful behavior on their company websites.

Robotic Process Automation

Moving great ideas from blueprint to reality in today’s business arena can be a daunting task. But once prepared to drive that level of innovation, companies require much effort and a shift towards advanced technologies. That is where RPA can help. It simply automates menial tasks, without any need for human intervention. While businesses have to deal with a voluminous amount of data but don’t have the means to fully capitalize on it, RPA can help them through understanding all the data mining processes and provide meaningful insight to reap much value.

Big Data and Analytics

Large enterprises have long been taking advantage of data analytics. However, for startups and SMEs, it is a whole different story. Small companies need to whetstone in on data streams that will help them reach their goals and meet their business objectives. Already, big data and analytics has had a deep impact on organizations’ ability to better advance their decision making, identifying areas to cut costs and allowing for massive economic gains. Startups can use this technology to unearth concealed opportunities, recognize trends and patterns, problem areas and strengths.

The potential benefits of such and other technologies are incredible, but they also draw a set of challenges that businesses need to be prepared for their impact. If business leaders think and move strategically in the face of continually evolving technology landscape, they can get the most out of their technology implementations and respond effectively to uncertain consequences.

Technology Can Move Startups Beyond Conventional Tactics

Today, the rate at which businesses are adopting new technologies is tremendous. Moreover, the time it takes for a new technology to reach mainstream business is expediting exponentially. The time has changed now when one would have to quote oneself as an innovator. With the evolution of new-age technologies, companies just need to realize their potentials along with business objectives and move ahead by integrating them accordingly. They must determine which technology is best suited for their business requirements and help propel business excellence.

If implemented appropriately, disruptive technologies can introduce an entirely new business model and a new growth market. They can also bring new opportunities for startups and help address unrealized needs. Embracing such technologies can also help in bolstering businesses’ visibility, their reach to the target audience, and offering a highly personalized approach.
